2. When will my order ship?
International orders will be shipped on the 5th and 20th of every month.
3. Delivery service
Times Records offers worldwide shipping by Vietnam Post.
4. Delivery time
The delivery times shown below are only an estimate and please keep in mind delays can occur. Please note that due to the recent pandemic, there may be some unexpected delay which is out of our control, we apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused. We will always try our best to work closely with the delivery provider to make sure your parcel arrives within the expected timeline.
Asia Pacific: 1-2 weeks
Europe: 3-4 weeks
North American: 3-4 weeks
South American: 4-5 weeks
Africa: 5-6 weeks
5. Shipping fee
Vietnam Post has different shipping rates to orders according to size, weight and destination.

Customs fees, tariffs, or duties are not included in pricing.
Orders could be charged with customs fees upon arrival and we cannot predict the extent of these costs.
7. What if I receive a damaged item?
We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does (our apologies in advance) contact us right away firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get it taken care of for you!
8. What if my package is lost?
If your package gets lost in transit, please send us an email right away at email@example.com. We will file a claim and do what we can to take care of it as quickly as possible.
*Please note: If a package has been delivered to the correct shipping address that was provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for those lost or stolen packages.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Any items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you experience any problems with playing the items within 7 calendar days from the day you receive your order to postmark your item(s) for return, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
10. Delivery notes
If you experience any problems with your delivery, please contact us by email at email@example.com. Once the parcel has been delivered to the delivery company, the control is not in our hands anymore and in shipping carriers instead. So please make sure you do the following right to prevent the problems.
* Provide correct address for delivery
* The address for delivery is accessible
* Make sure there is someone is available to collect the parcel
